Hey! We are Matvii & Lynne, work besties and founders of the Dream Team. We met each other on a project in Bruges, and quickly became friends. Our brains vibrate on the same frequency, and where others don't get us, we can perfectly empathize and fix 123 problems! We are both technical experts and deep feelers. Our unique perspective helps us create solutions that truly serve conscious coaches and wellbeing creators. Our core values are rust, vertrouwen en technische excellentie.

Lynne has been active for 15 years as a software engineer in various companies and 6 years as a website coach in the well-being & coaching sector. This allows her to understand the well-being & coaching sector from the inside out and to very well understand the need for authenticity & uniqueness. It is so so so important that your digital creations as an entrepreneur truly stand out and feel like you.

Matvii has been active for 6 years as a software engineer in both companies and as a freelance website builder. As a young generation engineer, he is fully up to date with the latest technological developments and specialized in using next-generation AI to build applications very quickly.

We see two big problems in the market: agencies that are 'behind' and don't use the latest AI technologies to build faster and cheaper solutions. And secondly: building solutions with AI without sufficient technical expertise (vibe coding) - which leads to serious security risks, technical problems etc.

We want to do something about it! As senior engineers we have the expertise and knowledge to build fast and cheap solutions with the help of AI. By our years of experience we can work with a small team and so be cost efficient. We also only work with the best (mostly neurodivergent, creative & expert) profiles, and do as much as possible ourselves.
